Job Description

The Front Office Team Leader is responsible for leading the front office team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception function. They will provide excellent customer service, support team performance, resolve customer queries, and ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the front office team.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve escalated enquiries.
• Oversee daily reception and administrative operations.
• Assist with staff training, coaching, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Work with other departments to maintain an efficient customer experience.

Qualifications

• Service focused personality is essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Prior experience working with OPERA CLOUD system.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
