We are seeking a HVAC/Maintenance Tech who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!
Qualified candidates for this position offer:
- Education: Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 5 years of HVAC experience. One year to two years maintenance experience, preferably in a long term care environment.
- Skills/Abilities: Must have good communication, comprehension, computer and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
- Licensure: HVAC certified preferred
