About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern web application architecture.
The ideal candidate has experience building scalable, production-grade applications with intuitive user experiences, robust backend services, and clean, maintainable code. You should be comfortable owning features end-to-end—from designing responsive user interfaces to developing microservices and optimizing system performance.
Experience building dashboards, implementing role-based access control (RBAC), and designing distributed systems is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
  • Build scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Develop responsive, accessible, and visually polished user interfaces.
  • Translate product requirements and wireframes into high-quality user experiences.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and event-driven services.
  • Build and maintain microservices with clear separation of concerns.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-impact features.
  • Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance across frontend and backend systems.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in full stack software development.
  • Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture and state management patterns.
  • Experience building responsive, user-centric interfaces with modern design systems.
  • Experience developing and maintaining REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
  • Strong understanding of software design principles and separation of concerns.
  • Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building analytics platforms or operational dashboards.
  • Experience implementing role-based access control (RBAC) systems.
  • Experience working with time-series data and related databases.
  • Knowledge of caching strategies and technologies such as Redis.
  • Experience with distributed systems and scalable architecture patterns.
  • Understanding of observability, logging, and monitoring tools.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with message queues or event streaming platforms.
