Full Stack Engineer

Experience - 4-6 Yrs

Team: Digital Product, Pipes

We’re looking for a full-stack Software Developer with experience working in a multi-disciplinary team. Working closely with other developers, you’ll help build our platform in a robust, scalable way, delivering the best service for our clients, including some of the biggest advertisers in the world.
The ideal candidate will look forward to working in a smaller, more dynamic team, and be able to take ownership of projects within the product roadmap.

We’re a cloud-first team, with a big emphasis on autonomy and personal development. We’re scaling rapidly within the business, so as well as writing high-quality code, you'll be able to contribute to the wider development lifecycle, architecture and processes. Our product is built entirely on Google Cloud, so you’ll need to become comfortable developing for this environment. We use the following languages, frameworks and technologies:

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications using ReactJS and .NET (C#).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multi-disciplinary Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver features aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Build robust, scalable, and high-performing cloud-native applications.
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Conduct and participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
  • Contribute to application architecture, technical design, and development standards.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Write and maintain automated unit, integration, and frontend tests.
  • Design and support data pipelines, event-driven services, and cloud-based workloads.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to continuously improve development processes and product quality.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve production issues.

Required Skills & Qualification:

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in a software developer role
  • Full-stack experience, including an OOP language and a JavaScript frontend framework
  • Experience working in a sprint-based development team.
  • Experience peer-reviewing code.
  • Backend services: .NET (C#)
  • Frontend development: ReactJS
  • Data storage: MySQL, GCP Firestore, GCP BigQuery, GCP storage budgets
  • Hosting: GCP Cloud Run (with Docker), GCP Cloud Functions
  • Testing : XUnit (C#), Mocha & Chai (TypeScript), Cypress (frontend)
  • Data and event pipelines: GCP Cloud Tasks, GCP Cloud Scheduler, GCP PubSub
