We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Lead Engineer to join our engineering team building cutting-edge infrastructure for the next generation of AI systems. Our work focuses on creating reinforcement learning (RL) environments for coding and agentic AI, evaluation frameworks, and enterprise-grade datasets that help frontier AI labs develop increasingly capable and reliable models on the path toward job superintelligence.

As a Full Stack Lead Engineer, you will own features end-to-end, contribute to product architecture, and build intuitive interfaces backed by scalable services. You will collaborate closely with AI researchers, backend engineers, and product teams to create platforms that enable rapid experimentation, evaluation, and deployment of advanced AI workflows. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving challenging technical problems across both frontend and backend systems while taking ownership of impactful products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern web technologies.
  • Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces for AI-powered platforms.
  • Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations to support complex workflows.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers and engineering teams to translate technical requirements into production-ready applications.
  • Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability across frontend and backend systems.
  • Build internal tools, dashboards, and workflows for RL environments, AI evaluations, and enterprise data management.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
  • Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance and developer experience.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance engineering productivity.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript with hands-on experience building modern web applications.
  • Solid experience with Python for backend development, APIs, automation, or data-driven applications.
  • Good understanding of RESTful APIs and client-server architecture.
  • Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in Frontend Development using modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similar technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in Full Stack Development, including frontend, backend, databases, and deployment.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
  • Understanding of authentication, security best practices, and scalable application architecture.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications, LLMs, or developer tooling is a plus.
  • Experience building internal platforms, productivity tools, or workflow automation solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–6 years of professional software development experience.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of projects from concept to deployment.
  • Passion for building products that improve developer productivity and enable advanced AI systems.
  • Curiosity to learn new technologies and contribute across multiple layers of the technology stack.
