Role Overview: Our Software Solutions team is building the dashboard that powers the future of construction. As the Software Engineer in this role, you will help site owners monitor multi-OEM fleets, track emissions, and take real-time action - all through clean design and modern data infrastructure. What You’ll Do Full-Stack Feature Development: Building product features across backend, frontend, and real-time messaging systems Collaborative Problem Solving: Working with domain experts to shape telemetry insights into user-facing tools Platform Contribution: Contributing to the shared platform layer for all internal AI and data systems Backend API Development: Build and maintain scalable backend APIs using Node.js and NestJS Data Pipeline Design: Design data pipelines and real-time features using Kafka and MQTT Frontend Development: Develop frontend components using Vue.js Infrastructure & Deployment: Ensure quality with Docker, and Terraform deployments on AWS ECS End-to-end Ownership: Own features end-to-end with close collaboration across teams
