About this role
What You'll Do
Our caregivers provide in-home support to help clients maintain their comfort, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities may include:
- Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Meal preparation and medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation to appointments or errands
- Companionship and general support
What We're Looking For
- Active Virginia CNA certification required
- Flexible availability based on client needs
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Comfortable working with multiple clients as needed
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
- Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and personal care
- Must pass a background check and reference screening
- We reserve the right to require a minimum of 16 weekend work hours per month based on scheduling and business needs.

Available hours depend on current client needs, caregiver availability, location, driving ability, schedule flexibility, and successful client-caregiver matching.
