The Normal Brand is a fast-growing apparel company that sells clothing and accessories online and in over 600 stores in the US. Our Flagship store location in Nashville, TN is hiring! We want a hard working, personable, goal-oriented Full-time Keyholder. You will be responsible for bringing our mission to life; 'making people's day better, sell clothes, and have fun!'
Responsibilities
- Inspire and lead the team to deliver an excellent customer experience and drive revenue.
- Monitor sell-through on the sales floor and replenish inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean store and merchandise product to The Normal Brand standards.
- Educate and train team members on product knowledge.
- Support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager on key initiatives.
- Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
- Foster a team culture grounded in respectful, positive communication.
- Understanding of daily opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain inventory integrity at all times.
- Adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and directives.
