Position Details
- Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 1st Shift
- No travel | No supervisory responsibilities
- Pay based on experience
What You’ll Do
- Schedule patient procedures and appointments
- Register patients and verify insurance information
- Communicate clearly with patients about their visits
- Ensure accurate documentation and records
- Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma (or equivalent preferred)
- 2+ years of medical office or patient access experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance, or coding is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
