Job Description
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally
- Assist clients with support and coordination
- Manage case files and documentation
- Communicate with providers and beneficiaries
- Apply coverage decisions and reimbursement procedures
- Send Guarantees of Payment
- Ensure system and quality compliance
- Collaborate with the team and other departments
Qualifications
🔹 Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Team player and problem solver
- Basic knowledge of medical/insurance terms is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible shifts - at least 2 shifts out of 3 (AM, PM & ON)

📍 Location: Dbayeh
🕒 Shifts:
- AM: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- PM: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- ON: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
💼 Job Type: Full-Timer (170 Hrs/month) + Benefits
