ABOUT YOU We are looking for an experienced Game Tech Lead to drive the engineering direction of a next-generation immersive multiplayer platform built with Unreal Engine 5. This is a senior leadership role focused on gameplay systems, multiplayer architecture, scalability, and technical performance. You will work closely with cross-functional creative and technical teams to deliver high-quality interactive experiences across large-scale virtual environments. The role combines hands-on engineering, technical strategy, and team leadership in a fast-moving product environment.
