About Us: Join our friendly and comfortable practice, providing care in a warm and inviting space. We serve a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients at the Charlestown Retirement Community Dental Clinic, which cares for over 2,000 residents aged 60 and older.

Our Technology: We use the latest technology and state-of-the-art equipment, including digital X-rays, digital scanners, and the Straumann implant system. We are also open to acquiring an endodontic system based on our new associate dentist's preferences.

• General Dentistry
• Cosmetic Dentistry: Bonding, porcelain veneers
• Restorative Dentistry: Implants, crowns, dentures/partials, bridges
• Emergency Dentistry: Root canals
• Orthodontic Dentistry: Invisalign clear aligners
• Pediatric, Adult, and Geriatric Dentistry
• Periodontics: Scaling, root planing, dental implant placement, bone grafting
• Oral Surgery: Bone grafting, extractions

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat oral health conditions
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry with full autonomy, including the option to perform advanced procedures.
• Deliver exceptional patient care and build strong patient relationships
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Lead and collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records and comply with safety protocols

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or AEGD/GPR residency program
• Active Maryland dental license
• Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
• 2 or more years professional clinical experience preferred
