About this role
As part of our labor team, you will work on a variety of construction and building tasks with each project:
Responsibilities
- Clean up and organize materials on the jobsite and at our facility
- Install concrete foundations
- Place and finish concrete slab on grade
- Operate smaller equipment/site work and power tools
- Erect pre-engineered steel buildings
- Erect wood stud framed buildings and structures
Requirements
- Good team player with a willingness to learn the “Clouse Way” and share your work experience with others
- Initiative to clean up jobsite and/or work truck when in-between work tasks or free time
- Willingness to show up on and/or before start time on a consistent basis and have great attendance
- Pleasant attitude and work ethic
- Ability to take direction from experienced employees and peers
