General Manager, Murietta

Position Overview:

As the General Manager you will lead the overall performance, operations and financial success of our Murietta, California showroom. This role drives strategic growth, fosters a high-performance culture, delivers an exceptional client experience standards, and upholds the brand standards expected of a luxury automotive showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen the brand’s reputation within the region
• Cultivate relationships with collectors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and brand partners
• Oversee allocation strategy for limited-production and bespoke models

• Design and lead a white-glove ownership journey from first inquiry through long-term retention
• Personally engage with VIP clients and manage sensitive or high-visibility transactions
• Deliver bespoke commissioning experiences aligned with brand standards
• Maintain elite CSI performance and protect brand reputation

• Maintain full responsibility for the showroom P&L performance
• Oversee revenue mix optimization across new, pre-owned, F&I transactions, and fixed operations
• Drive profitability while preserving exclusivity and long-term brand equity
• Execute strategic planning aligned with manufacturer growth and allocation strategy
• Maintain meticulous oversight of inventory acquisition, configuration, and aging

• Lead fixed operations to achieve strong service absorption without compromising client experience
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining absolute discretion in client matters
• Oversee secure handling of high-value assets and confidential transactions
• Reinforce disciplined execution of internal processes and adherence to compliance and established group standard

Sales & Performance

• Lead all sales activities, driving revenue growth and margin expansion
• Establish and maintain a high-performance sales culture aligned with luxury client expectations and brand standards
• Oversee pipeline management, lead conversion, and client follow-up to maximize close rates, average deal value, and lifetime client value
• Align pricing, positioning, and inventory strategy with market dynamics to support gross profitability
• Partner closely with marketing to drive qualified demand
• Maintain accountability for individual and team sales performance, including coaching, development, and performance management, with a focus on consistent contribution to bottom-line results

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of automotive retail leadership experience, including P&L ownership
• Demonstrated success operation within a luxury or ultra luxury environment with a strong understand of brand positing and client expectations
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and margin expansion within a low volume high value business
• Deep experience leading both sales and fixed operations, with a focus on performance, efficiency, and client experience
• Track record of building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, collectors, and key industry stakeholders
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to manage multi-million-dollar inventory and optimize revenue mix
• Experience implementing disciplined processes and operating within structured, compliance-driven environments
