Our team primarily collaborates in person in the Kiswe office in Seoul, with flexible working hours and work from home coordinated by the manager. Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience working in media, entertainment, and creative industries
• A history of working with teams that move fast and build things, usually in start-up environments and quickly growing organizations
• Prior experience that demonstrates success working as both an individual and in collaboration with a cross functional team
• Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to analyze and solve problems
• Availability to work nights and weekend shifts for events.
• Previous work experience in a corporate setting.
• Characteristics usually present in our team members include: self-starter, empathy, innovation, ownership, initiative, grit, respect for others, and the desire to understand global business practices
