General Services Technician, Ice Plant

What you get to do:

You’ll perform a variety of general maintenance tasks throughout the facility. You will:

• Bags and stocks ice in ice plant.
• Assist A/C Shop with changing filter, cleaning equipment, fire watch, reeming tubes of chiller, HVAC/R equipment installation, repair jobs, cooling tower maintenance and service.
• Delivers ice throughout park while operating delivery truck.
• Maintains and services bagging equipment and ice bins.
• Cleans and maintains work area.
• Maintains a high standard of safety and adheres to all safety guidelines
• Provides World Class Service to guests and employees.

What it takes to succeed:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver’s license and obtain a SEA driver’s license
• Must be able to frequently lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand, walk and work for prolonged periods of time in extreme weather conditions, to include temperatures varying from 28° F - 33°F
• Must be able to operate a fork lift and ice truck
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, evenings, nights and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time in extreme weather conditions, including temperatures below 50 degrees.

Compensation: $14.00 PH
