Job Description

Experian is looking for Generative AI Lead who will drive the design and implementation of Generative AI solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to enable automation, improve data accessibility, drive efficiency and support innovation across enterprise platforms. This role will serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for GenAI initiatives, working closely with enterprise applications and analytics teams to identify use cases and implement scalable AI solutions. The role will focus on building AI-powered solutions such as conversational assistants, intelligent automation, and data-driven copilots, while ensuring solutions are implemented with proper governance, security, and scalability. This is a hybrid working position. You will report to Delivery Manager of EDW Finance Systems - Business Analytics. 

 Summary of Primary Responsibilities

 ·         Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

·         Identify high-value GenAI use cases across enterprise platforms and data ecosystems

·         Develop scalable AI architectures including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI-powered assistants

·         Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems, analytics platforms, and data lake environments

·         Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams implementing AI solutions

·         Establish best practices and governance standards for responsible AI adoption

·         Drive innovation through proof-of-concepts and pilot initiatives to accelerate AI adoption

·         Partner with architecture, engineering, and business teams to deliver practical AI-driven solutions

What your background looks like

·         Strong experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-based architectures

·         Experience with Generative AI technologies and large language models (LLMs)

·         Experience designing or implementing AI solutions such as chatbots, copilots, or intelligent assistants

·         Familiarity with AI integration with enterprise applications and data platforms

·         Experience working with data platforms, APIs, and modern cloud technologies

·         Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

·         Ability to collaborate across teams and provide technical leadership on emerging technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's degree in computer science or Information Technology or related work experience
• 5+ Strong experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-based architectures
• Experience with Generative AI technologies and large language models (LLMs)
• Experience designing or implementing AI solutions such as chatbots, copilots, or intelligent assistants
• Familiarity with AI integration with enterprise applications and data platforms
• Experience working with data platforms, APIs, and modern cloud technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ability to collaborate across teams and provide technical leadership on emerging technologies
• Python and SQL skills; experience with Tableau or similar BI tools Preferred
