Job Description

**Main Activities & Objectives**

As a Procurement Buyer, you will:

• Manage a defined procurement area, ensuring quality standards, budget compliance, and timely delivery; obtain and evaluate supplier offers to select suitable suppliers according to specifications
• Plan and conduct price, condition, and contract negotiations and auctions for your procurement area
• Manage supplier relationships, including communication and complaint resolution for quality defects
• Maintain material master data and supplier-specific information
• Support the digitisation and automation of purchasing processes and contribute to purchasing projects
• Advise and support internal customers on procurement matters

**Required Qualifications**

• University degree or completed subject-oriented vocational training with several years of professional procurement experience
• Expert-level communication and customer orientation skills
• Advanced knowledge of eProcurement solutions
• Proficiency in German language- B2 Or C1 Certified  
• Experience in supplier management and data reporting
