GIS Full Stack. Net, Developer

Our subsidiary (First Tech) is seeking a highly experienced GIS Full Stack. Net, Developer with proven experience in delivering enterprise-grade web applications, geospatial intelligence platforms, and workflow automation solutions, preferably for government organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable enterprise web applications using .NET technologies.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, backend services, and responsive Single Page Applications (SPAs).
• Build and maintain GIS applications and spatial data solutions using Esri technologies.
• Design, optimize, and support SQL Server databases and integrate with Oracle and MySQL where required.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using modern security frameworks and protocols.
• Develop reports and workflow automation solutions to support business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure software quality, performance, security, and compliance with development best practices.

·     Proven experience in designing, developing, and supporting mission-critical enterprise web applications.

·     Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable software solutions.

·     Experience leading development activities throughout the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, implementation, API integration, testing, deployment, and production support.

·     Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.

Backend Development

·     Strong hands-on experience with:

·    Experience developing responsive web applications and Single Page Applications (SPA).

GIS & Esri Technologies

·     Proven experience building GIS applications using Esri APIs and SDKs.

·     Experience with:

-      ArcGIS Web AppBuilder

-      ArcGIS Experience Builder

-      ArcGIS Dashboards

-      ArcGIS Portal

-      ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap & ArcGIS Pro)

-      Survey123

·     Experience creating and managing:

-      Web Maps

-      Geodatabases

-      GIS Dashboards

-      Spatial data editing, visualization, and management.

Database

·     Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.

·     Experience working with Oracle and MySQL databases.

Security

·     Experience implementing application security using:

-      IdentityServer for ASP.NET Core

-      OpenID Connect

-      OAuth 2.0

-      JSON Web Tokens (JWT)

Reporting

·     Experience using Telerik Report Designer.

Workflow Automation

·     Experience with HighGear workflow engine for rule-based process automation and system integration.

Development Tools & Practices

Strong understanding of:
