Job: You'll lead Parallel's AI-native sales team, working alongside the most talent-dense GTM leaders and ICs in the business. You'll carry a piece of the pipeline yourself, running discovery and closing cycles against technical, AI-forward buyers so your coaching comes from doing the work, not just watching it. These are companies shipping on model updates and rearchitecting their stack every quarter — the buyer you talked to last month may have a different roadmap today, and the deal moves at the pace of their release cycle, not yours. You'll build the playbook for selling into teams that are already building with agents and LLMs, sharpen the ramp and coaching rhythm that gets new reps productive fast, and scale the team as pipeline grows. You'll partner with the head of Recruiting to build a dream team and with the head of GTM on segmentation. You're accountable for pipeline coverage, ramp time, and win rates across your team — not just your own number.

You: Have led a sales team for at least 3 years in an AI-native or fast-moving technical environment. You've sold to technical buyers — founders, engineers, ML leads — and can hold your own in a conversation about LLMs, agents, or RAG without a technical co-pilot in the room. You thrive when the product spec, the buyer's use case, and the competitive landscape all shift in the same week, and you know how to keep a deal moving when the ground underneath it won't sit still. You know the difference between coaching someone through a deal and doing it for them, and you'd rather build reps up than carry them. You create your own pipeline instead of waiting for it, and you're allergic to hand-holding, both giving and receiving it. You want to take an existing team further, not inherit a blank slate or a fully solved function.
