About Green Cube Vienna 

Green Cube is a landmark new studiohouse development in Vienna, Austria, consisting of 319 fully furnished serviced studios with ensuite bathrooms (many with balconies), 36 underground parking spaces, and ~300sqm of commons areas on the ground floor with access to an inner courtyard. The property is expected go live between Q2 2026. 

About the Role 

As a Guest Experience Associate, you are the face of the property and play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality guest and resident experience. You operate the front desk, manage reservations, and ensure smooth daily operations in coordination with all departments. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Guest & Resident Experience 

• Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient check-in and check-out experiences 
• Act as the main contact point for guests and long-stay residents 
• Handle requests, complaints, and service recovery in a timely and solution-oriented manner 

2. Front Desk Operations 

• Manage reservations, bookings, and room allocation via PMS (MEWS preferred) 
• Process payments, invoices, and daily cash handling 
• Maintain accurate guest records and compliance documentation 

3. Operational Coordination 

• Liaise with housekeeping to ensure room readiness and quality standards
• Coordinate with maintenance for issue resolution 
• Monitor room status, availability, and discrepancies 

4. Commercial Awareness 

• Promote and upsell services (e.g., café, parking, extensions) 
• Support occupancy optimization through efficient room allocation 

5. Compliance & Standards 

• Follow all SOPs, safety procedures, and Austrian regulatory requirements

Qualifications 

• Experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, or customer service 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills 
• Fluency in English; German strongly preferred 
• Experience with PMS systems (MEWS is a plus) Flexibility to work rotating shifts

Minimum salary of €2,263 (BG 3); willingness to pay above the minimum with relevant experience.

Green Cube ist ein bedeutendes Neubauprojekt eines Studiohauses in Wien, Österreich, mit insgesamt 319 voll möblierten Serviced Studios mit eigenen Badezimmern (viele davon mit Balkon), 36 Tiefgaragenstellplätzen sowie ca. 300m2 Gemeinschaftsflächen im Erdgeschoss mit Zugang zu einem Innenhof. Die Inbetriebnahme ist für das zweite Quartal 2026 geplant. 

Über die Rolle 

Als Guest Experience Associate sind Sie das Gesicht der Immobilie und spielen eine zentrale Rolle bei der Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen und hochwertigen Gäste- und Bewohnererlebnisses. Sie betreiben die Rezeption, verwalten Reservierungen und sorgen in enger Abstimmung mit allen Abteilungen für einen reibungslosen Tagesablauf. 

Hauptaufgaben 

1. Gäste- & Resident Experience 

• Professionelle, freundliche und effiziente Durchführung von Check-in und Check-out
• Hauptansprechperson für Gäste und Langzeitbewohner 
• Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Beschwerden und Servicewiederherstellung lösungsorientiert und zeitnah 

2. Front Office Aufgaben 

• Verwaltung von Reservierungen, Buchungen und Zimmerzuteilung über ein PMS (bevorzugt MEWS) 
• Abwicklung von Zahlungen, Rechnungen und täglicher Kassenführung Pflege korrekter Gästedaten und Einhaltung der Dokumentationspflichten 

3. Operative Koordination 

• Abstimmung mit Housekeeping zur Sicherstellung der Zimmerbereitschaft und Qualitätsstandards 
• Koordination mit der Haustechnik (Maintenance) zur Problemlösung
• Überwachung von Zimmerstatus, Verfügbarkeiten und Abweichungen 

4. Kommerzielles Verständnis 

• Aktive Bewerbung und Upselling von Zusatzleistungen (z. B. Café, Parkplätze, Verlängerungen) 
• Unterstützung der Auslastungsoptimierung durch effiziente Zimmerzuteilung 

5. Compliance & Standards 

• Einhaltung aller SOPs, Sicherheitsvorgaben und österreichischen Vorschriften 

Anforderungen 

• Erfahrung in der Hotellerie, Serviced Apartments oder im Kundenservice
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten 
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse; Deutsch stark bevorzugt 
• Erfahrung mit PMS-Systemen (MEWS von Vorteil)
• Flexibilität für Schichtarbeit
