About this role
Für eine international tätige Industriegruppe im produzierenden Umfeld mit Standort im Raum Salzburg suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit im strategischen Einkauf mit Schwerpunkt auf Warengruppenmanagement und internationalem Sourcing.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Strategische Verantwortung fĂĽr definierte Warengruppen auf Gruppenebene
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung internationaler Einkaufs- und Sourcing-Strategien
- Aufbau, Qualifizierung und Weiterentwicklung internationaler Lieferanten
- DurchfĂĽhrung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Entwicklung, Qualität und Supply Chain
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Kostenoptimierungspotenzialen
- UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Weiterentwicklung moderner Einkaufsprozesse und -strukturen
- Beobachtung internationaler Beschaffungsmärkte und Lieferantenentwicklungen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf bzw. Category Management im Industrieumfeld
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in werkzeugmaschinenbau-nahen Branchen oder vergleichbaren technischen Industrieumfeldern
- Erfahrung im internationalen Lieferantenmanagement und Sourcing
- Technisches Verständnis sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Englischkenntnisse und Reisebereitschaft
