Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Lead to shape and strengthen cybersecurity across our global manufacturing environment.

As Head of Manufacturing Cyber Security, you will define the strategy, governance, standards and control framework protecting our factories, industrial networks and critical manufacturing systems. Acting as the second line of defense, you will work closely with manufacturing sites, technology teams and business leaders around the world to identify cyber risks, strengthen controls and drive sustainable improvements.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Define and continuously improve the global cybersecurity strategy for manufacturing and OT environments.
  • Provide governance and oversight as the second line of defense, establishing OT cybersecurity standards, policies and control requirements.
  • Lead cybersecurity risk and maturity assessments across manufacturing sites, identifying vulnerabilities, control gaps and improvement priorities.
  • Develop risk-based remediation roadmaps and support local teams in implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure effective OT security controls, including network segmentation, secure remote access, industrial DMZs, PAM, endpoint protection, backups and monitoring.
  • Review OT architectures, industrial networks and technology initiatives to ensure cybersecurity by design.
  • Support regulatory compliance and audit readiness, including ISO 27001, NIS2, ENS and other relevant cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Partner with manufacturing sites, Security Champions, suppliers and senior stakeholders globally, including international site visits, to strengthen cybersecurity awareness and resilience.

Experiences

  • Strong cybersecurity experience with a focus on manufacturing, industrial environments and/or OT security.
  • Solid knowledge of OT/ICS environments, industrial networks, Purdue Model, network segmentation, IT/OT connectivity and industrial DMZs.
  • Experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, maturity assessments and remediation planning.
  • Practical understanding of key security controls, including MFA, PAM, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, backup & recovery, logging, monitoring and secure remote access.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations such as IEC 62443, NIST CSF / SP 800-82, ISO 27001, NIS2 and ENS.
  • Proven ability to operate in complex, multinational organizations, influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Strong ability to translate technical cyber risks into business impact, risk-based recommendations and strategic roadmaps, with willingness to travel internationally to manufacturing sites.
