Seen TV is looking for a Head of Snapchat Content to own our entire Snapchat operation. Growth, content, monetisation. All of it. We are a decolonial media company telling the stories mainstream media ignores. 

What You'll Do

Own the content and growth strategy across all Seen TV Snapchat channels. 

You decide what gets made, what gets killed, and what gets doubled down on. 

Turn views into revenue. You know how the Snapchat Monetisation Program works, what Spotlight eligibility actually requires, and how to play the algorithm without embarrassing yourself. 

Work with our global creator network to develop stories that feel native to the platform. Not adapted. Native. 

Live inside the analytics. Retention, view time, follower trajectory. You will know what is working before anyone has to tell you. Keep the team ahead of platform changes. Not catching up. Ahead.

What You Need to Bring

A real track record of growing Snapchat audiences. Screenshots of vibes do not count. 

You know what a Verified Public Profile is and why it replaced Publisher Profiles. If that sentence means nothing to you, this job won't be for you. 

You can write copy that hooks in two seconds. Because that is all you get. 

You think editorially and commercially in the same breath.

You are not precious about format. You are precious about performance.
