Position Summary:Â
The Recruiting Sourcer will play a vital role in identifying and generating leads for healthcare providers through various channels, including web searches, job boards, and cold calling. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can effectively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the organization’s recruitment goals. The Recruiting Sourcer will collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure a seamless transition of leads for further engagement.Â

Key Responsibilities:Â
Lead Generation:Â
- Conduct thorough web searches and utilize job boards to identify potential healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.Â
- Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads aligned with the organization’s hiring needs.Â
Cold Calling and Outreach:Â
- Initiate cold calls and email outreach to potential candidates, effectively communicating high-level information about opportunities within the organization.Â
- Engage candidates to gauge interest and collect essential information such as contact details, specialties, and availability.Â
Collaboration:Â
- Work closely with recruiters to pass along interested and qualified leads for further engagement.Â
- Provide detailed candidate information and insights to assist recruiters in the next steps of the recruitment process.Â
- Tracking and Reporting:Â
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sourcing activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Â
- Generate regular reports on lead generation metrics, including the number of leads sourced, contacted, and converted.Â
Compliance:Â
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in candidate sourcing and data handling.Â
Qualifications:Â
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.Â
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related field.Â
- Experience in healthcare recruitment is highly desirable.Â
Skills and Competencies:Â
- Strong research and lead generation skills.Â
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Â
- Ability to handle high-volume sourcing activities while maintaining attention to detail.Â
- Proficiency in using job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems.Â
