This regional role is responsible for supporting the growth agenda for J&J MedTech Heart Recovery across Rest of APAC and contributing to broader access to critical care therapies. The position works across strategy and execution, partnering with business leaders in multiple markets to help define commercial priorities, strengthen operating discipline, and further develop a scalable commercial model.
The successful candidate will be recognized as a strategic commercial leader who combines strong analytical capabilities with execution excellence. They will bring a growth mindset, customer focus, and the ability to influence across a diverse regional organization while helping Heart Recovery expand access to innovative therapies that improve patient outcomes throughout Rest of APAC.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Commercial Planning
• Define regional growth priorities and develop commercial strategies that reflect market opportunities, customer
needs, and competitive dynamics.
• Lead annual planning and business prioritization across Rest of APAC to support sustainable, scalable growth.
• Partner with country leaders and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into clear actions and measurable
business results.
2. Commercial Operations & Excellence
• Build stronger commercial discipline through better forecasting, KPI tracking, and business review processes.
• Improve sales productivity and execution quality by introducing simple, scalable tools, metrics, and operating
standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across markets to build a more efficient and consistent
commercial model.
What you will bring
Bachelor's or Master degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in:
Commercial Strategy
Business Planning
Sales Operations
Commercial Excellence
Strategic Consulting
Healthcare or Medical Device Commercial Functions
Demonstrated experience supporting regional or multi-country business environments.
Strong analytical and business acumen with experience leveraging data to drive commercial decisions.
Experience in forecasting, KPI management, business planning, and performance management.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
You bring strong experience in commercial strategy, business planning, sales operations, or commercial excellence within medical device, healthcare, or another complex environment.
You are comfortable working across countries and functions, using data to guide decisions, and turning strategy into execution.
You bring strong communication skills, an improvement mindset, and the ability to influence in a matrix organization.
