Overview
Provide a Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe environment through the operation of a full-service alcoholic beverage location.
Responsibilities
Specific Duties and ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the park guests in accordance with company, local, and federal guidelinesÂ
- Assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of leadership or security Â
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guestsÂ
- Verify through photo identification the legal drinking age of guestsÂ
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and proceduresÂ
- Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables and other toolsÂ
- Complete opening and closing dutiesÂ
- Transport supplies to bar set-up areaÂ
- Restock bar and liquor suppliesÂ
- Create a warm, fun, atmosphere for guestsÂ
- Follow all company policies, including cash handling procedureÂ
- Adhere to company sanitation proceduresÂ
- Follow all bar recipes to deliver a consistent product, control costs, and maximize guest satisfactionÂ
Qualifications
Minimum RequirementsÂ
- Must be at least 18Â years of ageÂ
- Previous bartending or food service experience is a plusÂ
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professionalÂ
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures requiredÂ
- Friendly, outgoing and aggressive personality, along with excellent interpersonal skillsÂ
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently Â
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidaysÂ
- Creative candidate that could work toward developing new themed drink conceptsÂ
- Must be willing to get TABC certificationÂ
