Home Association Analyst

Overview

The HOA Analyst is responsible for providing support to the HOA Operations Team and HOA Relationship Managers. The position requires in-depth understanding of HOA processing in a banking environment. The position works closely with the HOA Relationship Management team to resolve and track reported issues to resolution. Ability to make independent decisions regarding customer requests using overall knowledge of both Banking rules and regulations and HOA Operations. The HOA analyst will work closely with the HOA relationship managers as well as the Business Market Leaders (BML'S). The HOA analyst will serve as a liaison between our credit department and both HOA relationship managers and BML's. These responsibilities will encompass the collection of financial reporting requirements for the HOA relationship managers as well as assist the BML's with gathering the correct documentation for closing.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and own assigned cases from initiation through resolution.
• Timely resolution of escalated requests received from HOA Relationship Managers and/or HOA Operations.
• Respond to inquiries received from both internal and external business partners.
• Identify and report on operational deficiencies (trends) based on received client and/or business partner inquires.
• Create and distribute detailed status reports which track the status of open cases.
• Effectively communicate the status of outstanding issues to the HOA Relationship Managers and HOA Operations Management.
• Actively participate in weekly HOA business partner meetings.
• Perform a critical role in monitoring open cases to ensure cases are updated and resolved within established service level agreements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Assist both Business Market Leaders as well as HOA relationship managers in the loan process
• Support HOA relationship managers in the gathering of financial reporting requirements
• Work closely with the HOA credit Risk department to facilitate credit requirements associated with the banks HOA clients

Qualifications

• 2-4 years years of industry-related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of HOA Operations in a banking environment.
• Knowledge of HOA Operations and adjustment processing.
• Ability to comply with established policies and procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Ability to analyze and consolidate data from multiple internal systems.
• Ability to collaborate with team members, peers and managers across shifts and sites.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
