نحن نبحث عن مضيف متحمس ومحترف للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. وبصفتك نقطة الاتصال الأولى لضيوفنا، ستلعب دوراً حاسماً في خلق أجواء ترحيبية وضمان تجربة طعام إيجابية.
- إلقاء التحية والترحيب بالضيوف بسلوك ودود ودافئ
- إدارة الحجوزات وترتيبات الجلوس بكفاءة عالية
- مرافقة الضيوف إلى طاولاتهم وتقديم قوائم الطعام
- مساعدة الضيوف في الاستفسارات والطلبات الخاصة
- التعاون مع طاقم الخدمة لضمان تقديم الخدمة بسلاسة وفي الوقت المناسب
- الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم مكان الاستقبال
- التعامل مع استفسارات الضيوف باحترافية وكياسة
- الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية وإدارة الطلبات الخارجية عند الضرورة
- المساعدة في المهام الأمامية الأخرى حسب الحاجة.

- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية
- مهارات قوية في التعامل مع الآخرين مع سلوك ودود ومتحمس
- القدرة على القيام بمهام متعددة والحفاظ على التنظيم في بيئة سريعة الإيقاع
- إظهار القدرة على الحفاظ على الهدوء والهدوء تحت الضغط
