Role and Responsibilities:
- Research & Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research and analyze market trends to inform hotel development projects, ensuring alignment with market demands and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Feasibility Studies: Analyze financial and operational feasibility for new hotel concepts, providing insights that guide investment decisions.
- Operational Assessment: Assess and evaluate hotel operations and performance to identify areas for improvement, enhancing efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Real Estate Supervision: Supervise and evaluate real estate opportunities for hospitality investment, assessing their viability and potential return on investment.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to create unique and compelling hotel concepts that resonate with their target market.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations, feasibility analysis, or business development.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in B2B environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for analysis and reporting
