Job Description

As a Housekeeper at VI Resorts by Westgate, you will play a vital role in creating clean, welcoming spaces that make our guests feel right at home. From owner rooms to resort common areas, your attention to detail and friendly attitude will help bring the VI Resorts experience to life. What You will Do as a Housekeeper:

• Clean and refresh guest rooms and public areas to Westgate cleanliness standards
• Change and manage linens, towels, and guest supplies
• Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and polish furniture and floors
• Report maintenance needs, damage, or lost-and-found items
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures every day

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or GED or experience in housekeeping or cleaning
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Ability to manage time and stay focused during repetitive tasks
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and move for long periods
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds regularly
• Friendly, respectful, and professional when interacting with guests and team members
