Your Role at Cura Health:

• Execute thorough cleaning and sanitization of resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, and other facilities with dedication and care.
• Properly handle waste disposal and maintain organized storage of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Identify and promptly report maintenance issues or safety concerns to ensure a safe environment.
• Follow strict infection control protocols and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to support a clutter-free and hygienic environment that enhances patient care.
• Adhere to all regulatory standards and policies related to housekeeping and safety within the healthcare setting.

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, especially in healthcare or similar settings.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and infection control best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness excellence.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during the 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM shift.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Dependability and a positive attitude toward early morning work hours.
