PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Provide support to the day‑to‑day operations of the HR team.
• Maintain and update employee records using HR databases and systems.
• Monitor and track employee progress throughout the onboarding process.
• Respond to employee queries regarding company policies, HR procedures, and benefits.
• Assist in the preparation of regular HR reports.
• Ensure accurate and well‑organized maintenance of both digital and physical HR files.
• Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

• Collaborate effectively within the HR team to support the successful implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

EXPERIENCE

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR support or similar roles.

COMPETENCIES

• A proven track record of executing HR-related tasks.
• Hands on experience working with MS Office, and any HR software.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is a must; proficiency in French is also required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team-oriented mindset.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
