Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

- Gather customer feedback and communicate enhancement opportunities to internal product teams.
- Monitor customer usage, adoption metrics, and engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, implementation activities, and support processes.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and help deliver high-quality customer outcomes.
