- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Drive Organizational Development initiatives to improve business performance.
- Oversee performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Develop employee engagement and retention programs.
- Support organizational restructuring and change management projects.
- Analyze HR metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist.
- Proven experience leading and managing an HR team.
- Strong background in Organizational Development (OD), including:
