Softpers (Pvt.) Ltd. is a Lahore-based software development agency specializing in AI-driven applications, custom software, and automation services. We serve international clients across FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, Real Estate, and other industries. We’re looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our growing team and take ownership of people operations and daily administrative functions.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance logs, and HRIS data
- Coordinate and manage daily employee transport arrangements and logistics
- Draft and process employment agreements, NDAs, offer letters, and other HR documentation
- Handle monthly payroll coordination and ensure timely salary disbursement
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, leaves, and benefits
- Support performance review cycles and maintain appraisal documentation
- Organize team engagement activities, onboarding sessions, and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Assist leadership with administrative tasks and office management as needed
Qualifications
- 6–7 months of relevant experience in an HR or administrative role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and/or MS Office
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated, and serious about building a long-term career in HR
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Experience with or willingness to learn HRIS and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)
