IndieFolio is disrupting the traditional creative agency model — connecting India's finest creative talent with leading global brands across design, video, and content. We're growing at 500%+ annually, and we're looking for a curious, driven Talent Sourcing Intern to join the team.
This isn't a coffee-fetching internship. You'll work on live mandates, source real candidates, and get a front-row seat to how world-class creative teams are built.
What You'll Do
- Source and screen creative professionals across design, video, and content disciplines
- Map talent pools on LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, and the IndieFolio network
- Draft outreach messages, follow up with candidates, and schedule interviews
- Prepare candidate shortlists and summaries for client review
- Shadow senior recruiters and learn how client briefs turn into hiring strategies
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and basic recruitment reports
