You'll work alongside product, engineering, business, and healthcare teams solving real problems at national scale.
The Role
You'll join our HR team and own pieces of the hiring process — across both IT and Non-IT roles. Expect real recruiter work from week one: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and reporting.
Best suited to someone pursuing or just finishing an MBA in HR who wants hands-on Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-moving startup.
What You'll Do
- Support end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT roles
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels
- Screen profiles against role requirements and run first-round candidate conversations
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Keep candidates warm and informed through every stage
- Partner with hiring managers to understand open roles and what "good" looks like
- Work hands-on with our ATS — move candidates through stages, keep data clean, and pull hiring reports
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Support offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining engagement
- Pitch in on other recruitment and people initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA, preferably in HR
- Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Working understanding of how recruitment operates
- Comfortable coordinating with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
- Available to join immediately
Bonus points for
- Prior HR or recruitment internship experience
- Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Any prior exposure to an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
