Company Description
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager with a strong understanding of the fintech, banking, payments or financial services environment to join our growing team.
Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategy, policies and procedures
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, operational, financial and compliance functions
- Develop job descriptions, candidate profiles and recruitment processes
- Manage candidate screening, interviews, offers and onboarding
- Build structured onboarding and employee induction programs
- Maintain employee records, contracts and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee benefits
- Develop performance-management processes, KPIs and employee evaluations
- Support management in defining organizational structures, roles and reporting lines
- Develop compensation and salary structures appropriate for the Lebanese market
- Establish employee policies, code of conduct and internal HR procedures
- Coordinate employee training and professional development
- Coordinate with Compliance and senior management on employee-related regulatory requirements
- Help build a strong, professional and performance-driven company culture
- Support workforce planning as the company scales
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Management
- Experience in fintech, banking, payments, financial services or technology companies is strongly preferred
- Strong recruitment and talent-acquisition experience
- Ability to recruit both technical and non-technical profiles
- Good understanding of fintech organizational structures and key functions
- Familiarity with roles in Technology, Cybersecurity, Compliance, AML/KYC, Operations and Finance
- Good knowledge of Lebanese labor practices and HR administration
- Experience developing HR policies and procedures
- Experience with performance management and employee development
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work directly with senior management
- Arabic & English required, French is a plus
