Are you passionate about employee experience and want to lead the development of Axis foundation for an excellent employee journey? We are now looking for a HR Specialist – HR Operations functional lead specialist to join Axis.

As a HR Specialist - HR Operations, you’ll drive and develop our way of working with the aim to make work easier for others. In close collaboration with our HR colleagues, HR Tech team and with a business and digitalization perspective at close hand, you drive the development for a scalable growth of our HR Operations processes within HR.

What you’ll do here as a HR Specialist – HR Operations?

In the role you will continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across many parts of the employee lifecycle. You have strong business acumen and with your expertise you can deliver value to the organization through innovative, efficient, compliant and user-friendly HR Operations processes. Your work will include:

• Being an expert and change agent within the HR Operations area
• Close contact to our group function HR-Operations ​
• Work together with other functional lead and specialist functions.
• Understanding the business needs and requirements and translate that into smart ways of working for both managers and HR.​
• Decide on, prioritize and implement change requests in your area in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
• Lead projects and participate in cross functional projects​
• Lead and engage the network of functional colleagues as well as drive collaboration and find synergies with functional representatives ​in HR organization
• Follow and share trends and research within the HR operations area
• Drive digitalization for HR operations and provide input to digital roadmap​

We'd love to hear that you have:

• Experience from working in the HR Operations area; preferably in a context
• Good understanding of HR Processes with focus on HR Operations; employee lifecycle, payroll, time and absence, employment data administration, people engagement.
• Experience and knowledge in digital support for HR Operation processes
• Great collaboration and change management skills
• A genuine interest in people, processes and tools
• Excellent skills in English, both verbally and in writing
• University degree in Human Resources Management
