Ben jij een 2e, 3e of 4e jaars HBO HRM student of 4e jaars MBO HRM student en op zoek naar een leuke meewerk stage voor de periode van september 2026 tot en met februari 2027? Dan zoeken wij jou!
Als HR-stagiair(e) werk je bij HITEC Power Protection mee in een internationale HR-omgeving en krijg je de kans om veel verschillende HR-taken te ontdekken. Je draait volledig mee in het team en krijgt goede begeleiding. Ideaal als je graag praktijkervaring wilt opdoen én wilt bijdragen aan echte HR-projecten.
- Meewerken aan HR-projecten, zoals onboarding, standaarddocumenten verbeteren en HR-beleid ontwikkelen voor verschillende landen.
- Ondersteunen bij recruitment: cv’s screenen, interviews plannen en soms zelf meedoen met gesprekken. Ook help je bij het opstellen van aanbodbrieven en onboarding-programma’s.
- Ondersteuning bieden bij thema’s zoals vitaliteit, ARBO en verzuim.
- Meewerken aan personeelsadministratie en werken in onze HR-systemen.
- Kansen signaleren en meedenken over procesverbeteringen.
- En natuurlijk: meewerken aan andere HR-taken die in een internationale organisatie voorbij komen.
- Een MBO 4 of HBO opleiding in Human Resource management
- Je bent enthousiast, nieuwsgierig en hebt ambitie om jezelf te ontwikkelen.
- Je communiceert makkelijk en professioneel.
- Je gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
- Je kunt goed plannen en houdt overzicht.
- je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 4 dagen in de week
- Een stagevergoeding van €400 (MBO) of €500 (HBO) voor 40 uur in de week
- Een betrokken HR-team dat je ondersteunt én je ruimte geeft om mee te denken
- Een stageplek waar je écht praktijkervaring opdoet binnen een internationale organisatie
