Support in managing HR responsibilities in the Factory.
Responsibilities
- Managing & monitor the time office function
- Managing and maintaining computerized attendance system by creating access code/card
- Generate the attendance report on daily basis & Discuss with line manager on absenteeism control
- Monitor absenteeism report on daily basis & implement the action
- Documentation of HR records
Qualifications
- Graduate in MSW with Specialization of HR or PM/IR
- Sound knowledge in labour laws is preferable.
