Reporting to Estelle Dumoux HRD, your mission is to deploy our HR strategy and drive organizational performance. You will play a crucial role in controlling headcount and people budgets, retaining key talent, and successfully scaling the Operations divisions. This role is essential for transforming our organization by helping leaders view the business through a ‘Who’ lens.
