  • Build leadership capability through coaching, training, and practical support, reinforcing clear accountability for HSE outcomes
  • Monitor HSE performance across ANZ, providing insights, trends and reporting to support leadership decision-making and governance requirements
  • Partner with APAC and global HSE stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver consistent “One Rotork” outcomes Provide oversight and guidance on contractor management, high-risk work controls and critical risk standards
    What you’ll bring

Experience & capability

  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior HSE role, with responsibility across multi-site operations within Australia (and ideally New Zealand)
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and regulatory frameworks (NZ experience advantageous)
  • Demonstrated experience operating independently with end-to-end accountability, including influencing senior stakeholders

Why join Rotork

  • Work within a global organisation with strong technical capability and purpose-led direction
  • A role that combines strategic impact with visible, operational delivery
