HC Coordinator bertanggung jawab dalam mengoordinasikan dan memastikan efektivitas operasional administrasi kepegawaian dan payroll, mulai dari pengelolaan data hingga supervisi tim. Peran ini memastikan seluruh proses berjalan akurat, tepat waktu, dan sesuai dengan regulasi, sekaligus mendukung terciptanya layanan kepegawaian yang profesional dan berorientasi pada kepuasan karyawan.
Qualifications
Pendidikan S1 Psikologi, SDM, Hukum ataubidang terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahunsebagai HR Generalis dan memilikipengalaman mengelola team
Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal danpelayanan pelanggan yang baik dengansikap profesional dan empatik.
Terbiasa menggunakan sistemoffice seperti HRIS serta Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI).
Mampu bekerja di lingkungan kerja yangdinamis dan cepat serta mudahberadaptasi dengan perubahan.
