Job Purpose

Join the Central Cluster (France and Benelux) Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the people strategy of the business.

As a trusted HR partner, you will work closely with leaders to drive talent, engagement, performance, and organizational development initiatives. You’ll be also an active member of the EMEA HR team. You'll provide expert guidance across the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, helping create an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver the annual HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional priorities.
• Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and business transformation initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition, managing recruitment activities, agency partnerships, and hiring budgets.
• Lead local talent management/ development and succession planning initiatives to build current and future capability.
• Ensure job descriptions and role levelling remain accurate and aligned with company frameworks.
• Manage compensation, benefits, salary review processes, and supervises payroll activities
• Promote HR systems and self-service tools, driving adoption and operational excellence.
• Provide data-driven insights on key HR metrics, including turnover, resourcing, absence, and training effectiveness.
• Act as the trusted HR advisor for employees and managers, providing expert guidance across all people-related matters.
• Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices remain compliant, up to date, and consistently applied.

Qualifications

Position Requirements

• Few years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a site or multi-sites HR Manager role
• Solid knowledge of French employment law, payroll, and employee representative bodies (CSE).
• Proven experience in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, talent management, and employee development, potentially on a regional role
• Fluent in French and English
• Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage.
• HR experience with Netherlands is a plus
• Success in this role You'll be a proactive HR professional with strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for creating a positive employee experience while driving organizational performance.

Salary range based on your experience: from EUR €90,000.00/Yr. up to EUR €130,000.00/Yr.
