We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to be part of a company that values its people as much as its customers. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Troubleshoot gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and basic electrical systems Accurately diagnose equipment before recommending repairs or replacement Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Explain repair options to homeowners in a professional, easy-to-understand manner Complete service documentation using ServiceTitan Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area Deliver exceptional customer service on every call Follow all company safety standards and industry best practices What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience servicing gas furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps Comfortable using electrical meters, manometers, refrigerant gauges, and combustion analyzers Ability to diagnose systems before replacing parts EPA Universal Certification required Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally Preferred Qualifications NATE Certification Experience with inverter-driven HVAC systems Experience using MeasureQuick or similar diagnostic software ServiceTitan experience Boiler service experience What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $22–$30 per hour Company vehicle Company-provided uniforms Paid time off and paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Ongoing training and professional development Supportive team environment with opportunities for career growth At Jackson Comfort, we believe great technicians deserve a great place to work.
