We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service to homeowners throughout Western New York. What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment Service and maintain: Furnaces Air Conditioners Heat Pumps Boilers Oil Heating Systems Ductless Mini-Split Systems Rooftop Units (RTUs) Identify system issues and recommend repair or replacement solutions Educate homeowners on equipment performance, maintenance plans, and energy-saving opportunities Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every service call Complete service documentation accurately Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and teammates Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and equipment Participate in ongoing technical training Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, oil heating systems, mini-splits, and RTUs EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must have your own basic HVAC hand tools Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Weekend on-call availability on a rotating schedule Preferred Qualifications EPA Universal Certification NATE Certification Experience using ServiceTitan Experience with indoor air quality products and humidification systems Experience recommending repairs, accessories, or replacement options to homeowners What Makes You Successful Strong mechanical aptitude Excellent problem-solving skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Dependable, motivated, and safety-focused Pride in quality workmanship Ability to build trust and lasting relationships with customers Strong time management and organizational skills Why You'll Love Working at T-Mark Competitive Pay Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Company Vehicle Company-Provided Uniforms Year-Round Work Paid Training and Continuing Education Career Advancement Opportunities Supportive Leadership Team A Company That Invests in Your Success Why T-Mark?
