What YOU Will Do

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
  • Perform service calls while delivering exceptional customer service and communication
  • Identify system issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
  • Clearly explain findings, options, and recommendations to homeowners
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and customer interactions
  • Attend ongoing technical, manufacturer, and safety training programs
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
  • Safely handle equipment, tools, and materials while performing the physical requirements of the role

What YOU Will Bring

  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
  • HVAC certification, trade school training, or equivalent field experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of residential HVAC service experience
  • EPA Certification
  • Experience with residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
  • Sales aptitude and the ability to identify additional customer needs
