An enterprise client is seeking native Icelandic speakers with translation and localization experience to join a remote, part-time project focused on evaluating AI translations.
Job Description
For this project, you will be:
- Adapting content to ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance and clarity, while preserving the original meaning and tone
- Working with diverse content types such as articles, short-form content and user-facing text
- Delivering high-quality, contextually appropriate outputs
- Doing trans-localization in both directions - English to Icelandic as well as Icelandic to English, depending on the task
Qualifications
You will need to be:
- Native Icelandic speaker
- Proficient in English
- Have experience in translation and localization
